How You Will Make an Impact
The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for executing student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals and support the school’s long-term growth. This position serves as the primary point of contact for prospective families and plays a key role in promoting the school’s academic programs, values, and community. The Enrollment Coordinator will coordinate outreach efforts, respond to inquiries, guide families through the application process, and maintain accurate enrollment data. This role also involves maintaining clear and consistent documentation of outreach and engagement efforts to help ensure enrollment data remains accurate and aligned with audit expectations. The Enrollment Coordinator reports to the Sr. Director of Enrollment Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in student recruitment, admissions, education, or customer service may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Availability for occasional evening/weekend work and multiday travel is required to support enrollment events and conferences.
- Experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional environment, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other technology applications.
- Capacity to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent multi-tasking, shifting task priorities, and repetitious exacting work are required.
