We’re Hiring – Join Our Team in Al Ain!
Al Eslah General Contracting L.L.C is expanding its project team for work based in Al Ain and seeks skilled engineers to join immediately. We are looking for candidates with solid, hands-on experience who can step into project roles and contribute from day one. Priority will be given to professionals available to join at short notice.
Open Positions & Minimum Requirements:
- NOC / Authority Engineer — Minimum 7 years of relevant experience. Arabic-speaking candidates will be preferred.
- Material Engineer — Minimum 7 years of experience managing materials for construction projects, including procurement and QA/QC coordination.
- Planning Engineer — Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling and progress control.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in similar project roles within construction or contracting environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Al Ain and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with local regulatory/authority processes (especially for the NOC / Authority Engineer).
- Readiness to join quickly and contribute to project milestones.
- Professional attitude, reliable work ethic, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities under tight schedules.
