We are currently seeking professionals to fill multiple openings in a reputable Construction and Interior Fit-Out company based in the UAE. Below are the positions available:
1. Estimator/Quantity Surveyor
Location: UAE
Industry: Construction & Interior Fit-Out
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE construction or interior fit-out industry
- Strong knowledge of material take-offs, cost estimation, and tender preparation
- Proficiency in reading drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
2. Document Controller
Location: UAE
Industry: Construction & Interior Fit-Out
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller in the UAE construction or interior fit-out sector
- Proficient in document management systems and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure document control procedures are followed
- Immediate availability is an advantage
3. HSE Engineer
Location: UAE
Industry: Construction & Interior Fit-Out
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction or interior fit-out industry
- Certified in HSE (NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and site safety practices
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and training sessions
- Immediate joiners preferred
