The hospital is looking for an immediate joiner who can effectively lead nursing operations in the endoscopy unit while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, quality care, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the endoscopy nursing team on a daily basis

• Ensure exceptional patient care standards and adherence to safety procedures

• Coordinate and manage endoscopic procedures efficiently within the department

• Monitor compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and DHA healthcare regulations

• Support and mentor junior nursing staff through training and guidance

• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth workflow

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) is mandatory

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in endoscopy nursing

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an endoscopy department is required

• DHA Eligibility Letter or a valid DHA License is mandatory

• Arabic-speaking candidates will be preferred

• Strong clinical knowledge and organizational capabilities

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
