A company in Dubai is looking for an experienced End User Support Engineer to join its onsite IT team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on technical support experience and a strong background in desktop support, Microsoft technologies, and networking.
The successful candidate will provide end-user technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, and ensure reliable IT support while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end users for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral device problems.
• Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage user accounts through Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Diagnose and resolve networking-related issues.
• Handle support requests using ITSM and ticketing systems.
• Deliver timely solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in end-user or desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience in desktop and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
• Experience using ITSM or ticketing tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
