This is a fully remote position. The Employee Support Advocate is a key member of Melita’s growing Client Services team. You will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and escalations regarding Benefits, HR, Payroll, and related technologies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and guiding employees through the resources provided by their employer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to employees via phone and email regarding benefits, claims, HR, and Payroll administration.
  • Manage complex Benefits inquiries from start to finish, keeping employees informed on status.
  • Use internal and external cloud-based software systems, including SalesForce.com and HR technology platforms, to support clients and track work activities.
  • Adhere to customer satisfaction survey criteria, focusing on proactive service, time management, and effective communication.
  • Manage individual case allocation, complying with Melita’s SLA client agreements.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and Benefits Specialist Team during Open Enrollment Periods to communicate updates internally.

This position is full-time and fully remote. Compensation varies depending on experience and geographic region.
