Description:

Businessolver is seeking a full-time Employee Benefits Advocate to support clients by handling employee benefit enrollment inquiries and providing exceptional customer service remotely. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering accurate support in a technology-driven benefits environment.

The successful candidate will manage inbound calls, assist members with benefit-related questions, document interactions, and ensure all transactions are completed accurately while following company procedures and compliance standards. Businessolver provides comprehensive training, allowing employees to work and learn from the comfort of their home office.

This remote position offers Monday to Friday scheduling with available 8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST. The expected start date is August 17, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of inbound customer calls related to employee benefits enrollment and client support.

• Provide professional, positive, and accurate assistance to callers.

• Respond thoroughly to customer inquiries and document call details appropriately.

• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

• Process benefit-related transactions accurately and within required timelines.

• Take ownership of customer requests from initial contact through final resolution.

• Follow established procedures while working independently under general supervision.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, security standards, and data protection procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or service center experience is required.

• Experience in benefits administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance services is preferred.

• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working with technology-based systems and digital platforms.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

• Competitive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service.

• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.

• Reliable home internet connection with speeds above 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Ethernet cable connection is highly recommended.

Strong knowledge of:
• Customer service practices and client relationship management.
• Employee benefits, insurance processes, and enrollment support.
• Technology systems, data accuracy, and compliance procedures.

Training:

• Comprehensive training will be provided before employees begin handling live customer interactions.

• All training sessions will be completed remotely from the employee’s home office.
