Description:
Ridge is seeking an organized and data-driven Email & SMS Coordinator to manage international email and SMS programs. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize cross-border campaigns, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce and customer experience teams to align channel activity with business goals. This role supports both campaign and flow-level improvements across US and INTL markets and assists the Director of Remote on channel projects that improve performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own INTL SMS campaign lifecycle: strategy, copy, segmentation, testing, scheduling, execution and optimization.
  • Schedule and adjust international email & SMS campaigns to maximize reach and performance.
  • Manage SMS budgets and monitor spend to meet financial objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction for email & SMS campaigns consistent with GTM plans and team strategy.
  • Implement and optimize email & SMS flows (GTM & EVG), including updates, A/B tests, and sale-period adjustments.
  • Maintain and segment subscriber lists for personalization and improved deliverability.
  • Track core metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue per recipient) and translate results into actionable improvements.
  • Ensure channel compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM and other regional regulations, including consent management and unsubscribe handling.
  • Assist with reporting, vendor coordination, and legal requests; document progress and issues.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally (e-commerce, CX, etc.) to enhance customer experience and channel alignment.
  • Provide guidance and delegation to team members to improve productivity and outcomes.

Significant Projects & Focus Areas:

  • Improve INTL email & SMS campaign efficiency and testing frameworks.
  • Streamline the process for flow updates, manual sale-period overrides, and GTM/EVG flow maintenance.
  • Support US & INTL sale campaigns by managing manual adjustments to content, subject lines, preview text, and URLs in flows.

Ideal Profile & Skills:

  • Hands-on experience managing email and SMS in a D2C or e-commerce environment; Klaviyo and Postscript experience preferred.
  • 1–2 years practical e-commerce experience to understand KPIs and channel dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience turning performance metrics into optimizations.
  • Advanced platform proficiency (Klaviyo, Postscript, Sendlane, Amped, Shopify).
  • Comfortable with Notion, Slack, GSuite and Loom for project management, communication, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, goal orientation, and the ability to learn independently.
  • Calm under pressure, able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
