Description:
Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a skilled Email Operations Analyst to join our Marketing team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of lifecycle or CRM marketing, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to execute email campaigns efficiently. The position involves approximately 70% execution, 10% planning, 10% problem-solving, and 10% measurement and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly email marketing plans in collaboration with eCommerce, Brand, and Digital Marketing teams
- Build, review, and finalize marketing communications for email campaigns
- Propose creative ideas to activate customers and drive product sales
- Conduct A/B testing to guide strategic CRM development
- Coordinate email campaign implementation, optimization, and reporting
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR)
- Collaborate with brand marketing teams to improve KPIs for email campaigns
- Analyze campaign metrics and results to identify areas for improvement
- Suggest testing ideas to enhance sales performance, retention, NPS, and brand preference
- Continuously improve email marketing programs and content strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in email or mobile marketing (retail marketing experience preferred)
- Experience with A/B testing, lifecycle marketing, and CRM marketing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and passionate about sneakers or retail industry
