Job Summary
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and digital execution. You’ll play a critical role in engaging our massive listener base by orchestrating compelling cross-channel campaigns—from email and push notifications to in-app messages and on-platform experiences. This is a hands-on, part-time role ideal for someone who can move quickly between planning, production, and performance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Help design and deliver targeted campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and owned media surfaces that drive retention and deepen engagement.
- Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns—from concept to QA to post-launch analysis—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate on monthly content calendars , test planning, and creative strategies that support key marketing goals.
- Build a scalable testing repository to track creative experiments, document learnings, and inform future campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance with a critical eye—flagging anomalies, bugs, or attribution issues before they impact reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Analytics, and Operations to align messaging and maximize performance.
- Support broader lifecycle marketing efforts with ad hoc analysis, content coordination, and process improvements.
What You’ll Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
Experience:
- 3+ years in lifecycle, product, or CRM marketing (subscription-based or content-driven experience preferred).
- Experience executing campaigns using tools like Adobe Campaign (bonus if you’ve used Airship , ActionIQ , or Tableau ).
Technical Skills:
- Comfort editing and troubleshooting HTML for email assets.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic forecasting.
Soft Skills:
- A self-starter who takes initiative and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Insight-driven , with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable takeaways.
- Comfortable navigating cross-functional relationships and aligning stakeholders.
- Curious , creative, and motivated to continuously improve performance and processes.
