About The Role
We are hiring an Email & Chat Support representative to join our Customer Support team in a full-time, offsite capacity. This role is central to delivering timely, accurate assistance to clients and families via email and chat channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable troubleshooting and documenting interactions in a CRM.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a prompt, professional manner.
  • Use company resources to provide accurate and complete information to clients.
  • Troubleshoot service-related issues, identify root causes, and offer practical solutions or alternatives.
  • Log customer interactions and relevant details into the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Desire Home Care services, policies, and procedures.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Track recurring customer feedback and share insights to help improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English with excellent written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support, ideally in an email/chat-focused role.
  • Comfortable using email/chat platforms and CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently in an offsite/remote setting while staying productive and disciplined.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capability.
  • Availability for full-time hourly schedule and flexibility as required.
