Description:
Oxford Systems Integration LLC is looking for an experienced ELV Presales Engineer to join its expanding team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in ELV system design, estimation, and technical solution development who are passionate about delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing technical proposals, reviewing tender documents, developing cost estimates, and supporting the sales team throughout the bidding process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of advanced ELV projects across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed project quotations.
• Develop techno-commercial proposals for ELV projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive pricing and technical information.
• Conduct site surveys and participate in pre-bid meetings.
• Review tender documents and prepare technical submissions.
• Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to clients.
• Support the sales team during client meetings and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors throughout the proposal process.
Requirements:
• 6–8 years of experience in ELV presales and estimation.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA/BGM, AV, and other ELV systems.
• Experience preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and techno-commercial proposals.
• Ability to review tender documents and conduct site surveys.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA/BGM, AV, and integrated ELV systems.
• BOQ preparation, estimation, and techno-commercial proposal development.
• Tender documentation, supplier coordination, and client presentations.
