The Educational Advisor role supports student recruitment efforts and manages the full recruiting conversion cycle within an assigned territory. This is a regular, full-time position reporting to the Sales Support Manager and plays a key role in meeting individual recruiting and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue and recruiting goals by prospecting, recruiting, and converting new students
- Use a consultative, solutions-focused recruiting approach to engage prospects and decision-makers
- Conduct needs-based conversations and create value through phone-based interactions
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, including market research and competitive insights
- Accurately forecast opportunities and manage a recruiting pipeline
- Adhere to key performance indicators and internal processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the CRM on a daily basis
- Respond promptly and effectively to client and student needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the overall student relationship
- Share insights related to student needs, market trends, and business opportunities
- Follow all registration requirements, company policies, and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with prior sales experience and a strong customer service focus, or equivalent experience
- Excellent phone communication, writing, time management, and presentation skills
- Ability to apply consultative sales techniques and translate customer needs into education solutions
- Professional, customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, resilient, and innovative approach to work
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly, close sales, and remain focused on goals
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism
- Strong networking capabilities and willingness to learn and grow
- Confidence communicating with influencers and decision-makers via phone
