Description:
📢 Shutterfly (Spoonflower brand) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical eCommerce Specialist I to help execute site strategies, optimize user experience, and drive growth. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about e-commerce, data-driven decision-making, and improving the online customer journey. You will collaborate closely with teams across Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, UX, Product, and Engineering to implement site updates, monitor performance, and conduct continuous testing.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Support site execution and merchandising, including navigation updates, product features, landing pages, and global content changes.
- Partner with Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns, promotions, and new product launches are accurately represented on the site.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) for site updates to ensure proper functionality across devices.
- Assist with e-commerce testing, including A/B and multivariate tests, and validate performance results.
- Monitor funnel metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, add-to-cart, and checkout completion.
- Compile weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses on site behavior, merchandising performance, and customer journeys.
- Proactively identify site improvements and support the Ecommerce Manager in prioritization.
- Maintain documentation of testing, QA processes, and site changes to ensure knowledge continuity.
🎓 Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Heap, etc.).
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and spot patterns.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and business teams.

- California: $50,750-$72,000
- Connecticut & New York: $50,750-$66,000
- Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota & Washington: $50,750-$61,000
- Nevada: $47,750-$66,000
- Maryland & New Jersey: $54,750-$66,000
- Hawaii: $47,750-$57,250
