Description:
A well-established nursery group in Dubai is currently seeking passionate and qualified Early Years educators to join their team. The organization is looking to hire FS1 Teachers as well as a Toddler Group Teacher to support its expanding early childhood education programs across multiple locations in Dubai.
The ideal candidates will be committed to delivering high-quality early years education, creating a nurturing learning environment, and supporting the developmental needs of young children. This role requires creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of EYFS frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) lessons
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Support children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development
• Monitor and assess student progress and development milestones
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding child progress and well-being
• Implement structured learning activities suitable for FS1 and toddler groups
• Maintain classroom discipline while promoting positive behavior
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff
• Ensure compliance with nursery policies and safeguarding standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education, Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience working in an Early Years or EYFS setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles
• Excellent English communication skills
• Passion for teaching and early childhood development
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning environments
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Patience, creativity, and a child-centered teaching approach
