• SAP Hybris implementation experience is mandatory
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Strong understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework
• Management Consulting experience in Business and IT Strategy and Governance, Value Management, Business Process Management, Center of Excellence
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
Experience:
• 3–5 years of total experience with Hybris Implementation experience in minimum 3 projects
• 1–2 years implementing Hybris Commerce
• Previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Experience analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and using data visualization techniques and tools
• Strong e-Commerce domain experience in B2B/B2C
Key accountability:
• Lead business analysis and provide insights by delivering requirements, solution design, and analytical skills to improve efficiency
• Support the creation of business case documentation for stakeholder approvals
• Identify and proactively prioritize opportunities to streamline business and system processes
• Use knowledge of business operations to identify and investigate operational needs, problems, and opportunities, and lead the implementation of improvements
• Deliver analysis to identify and communicate key trends and issues
• Develop approaches to foster confidence and respect from both IT and business sides of the organization
• Recommend strategies, validate and justify business needs, conduct feasibility studies, produce high-level and detailed business models, prepare business cases, oversee development and implementation of solutions
• Develop and enhance techniques and reports to improve reporting and analysis efficiency
