Hisense is seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Operations Manager to join its Dubai team. This position is ideal for professionals with strong knowledge of the UAE e-commerce landscape and a proven ability to manage online business operations, digital sales performance, channel development, and marketplace growth strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily e-commerce operations, improving channel performance, driving revenue growth, optimizing product visibility, and strengthening relationships with key online platforms. This role requires a combination of commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience managing digital sales channels in a competitive market environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the overall performance and operational activities of the e-commerce business, ensuring sales and performance objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate PSI (Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) activities to maintain operational efficiency and support business growth.
• Handle product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product information, descriptions, images, and content management.
• Monitor product reviews, customer feedback, and content quality while implementing optimization strategies to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
• Conduct daily market price monitoring and work closely with channel partners to ensure competitive positioning and timely corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and manage channel-specific marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales initiatives to maximize business performance.
• Identify and establish new e-commerce channels, partnerships, and business opportunities to expand market reach and increase revenue.
• Manage advertising investments across digital marketplaces and online sales channels while continuously improving return on investment (ROI).
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, market trends, and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns to identify growth opportunities and market risks.
• Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and commercial results.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, logistics, and product management to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and extensive knowledge of leading local e-commerce platforms and online sales channels.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce business operations with direct exposure to sales management and channel development.
• Existing relationships and professional networks within the e-commerce industry will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Arabic language skills are beneficial and will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to business management.
• Experience in pricing analysis, marketplace management, digital marketing campaigns, and performance optimization.
