SLM Interior Decoration LLC is currently seeking a proactive and highly organized E-commerce Operations Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-focused, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing online retail operations across multiple platforms.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order management, accurate product listings, and efficient coordination between warehouse, marketing, and customer service teams. The role requires strong multitasking abilities and the capability to manage multiple online sales channels simultaneously while maintaining high operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily e-commerce operations across multiple online platforms
- Handle product listing, catalog updates, and inventory management
- Process orders, prepare invoices, and coordinate shipment activities
- Monitor stock levels in coordination with warehouse teams
- Provide customer support through email, WhatsApp, and online channels
- Manage product listings on Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and WooCommerce
- Coordinate promotional campaigns with the marketing team
- Track sales performance and prepare operational reports
- Update and maintain website content and product data accuracy
- Monitor payment gateways and ensure smooth transaction processing
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Noon platforms
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
