Description:
A growing company in Dubai is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead its online sales operations and manage the e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital commerce, online selling platforms, and driving sales growth through effective strategies.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing e-commerce activities, improving online performance, monitoring sales targets, and leading a team to achieve business objectives. Candidates with experience in platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Instagram are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily e-commerce and online sales operations.
• Lead the e-commerce team and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
• Manage online platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopify, Instagram, and other sales channels.
• Monitor budgets, sales targets, and campaign performance.
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve product promotions and online presence.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales.
• Experience managing teams and performance KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of social media and online selling strategies.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopify, Instagram, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing budgets and sales targets.
• Arabic or Chinese language skills are preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
