We’re Hiring — E-commerce Manager (Dubai, UAE)
We are seeking an energetic and strategic E-commerce Manager to steer our direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives and marketplace operations from Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine commercial acumen with digital marketing expertise to grow sales, improve conversion, and elevate the customer experience across web, app, and third-party marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the e-commerce roadmap across website, mobile app, and marketplace channels to meet revenue targets.
• Plan and run seasonal and promotional campaigns, A/B tests, and conversion optimization initiatives to improve sales performance.
• Coordinate SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media strategies so they align with commercial goals.
• Use CRM platforms and analytics tools to drive conversion, increase retention, and enhance post-purchase experience.
• Monitor performance KPIs, prepare regular reports, and present insights with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and customer care teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or similar.
• Proven familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems and web analytics tools.
• Experience managing digital campaigns and marketplace listings, preferably within the UAE/GCC region.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities and a creative approach to growth.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
