We’re Hiring | E-Commerce Manager
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of a growing online business in the UAE. This full-time role is based in Abu Dhabi and focuses on leading, managing, and scaling the complete e-commerce ecosystem, from digital storefronts and customer journeys to payments, fulfilment coordination, and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving online revenue growth while ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage, optimize, and expand e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
• Own the complete online customer journey, from acquisition through post-sales support
• Oversee payment gateways, checkout processes, and system integrations
• Drive online sales growth using data-driven insights and digital marketing initiatives
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT teams, and external partners
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and continuously improve results
What We’re Looking For:
• 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce or digital business roles
• Strong understanding of online stores, payment systems, and customer experience flows
• Prior experience within the UAE market is preferred
• Commercially minded with strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
