Hiring E-Commerce Executive – FMCG

Location: UAE –Dubai,

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–2 years preferred (FMCG/e-commerce experience is an advantage)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on UAE-based e-commerce platforms
• Upload and maintain accurate product information, pricing, and promotional offers
• Monitor daily orders, coordinate fulfilment and logistics, and handle returns
• Ensure inventory accuracy across platforms and coordinate with warehouse teams
• Analyse sales data and customer trends to improve performance
• Execute platform-specific promotions and campaigns
• Maintain high standards of customer service and timely responses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of e-commerce experience, ideally in the E-Commerce sector
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Partners, or similar portals
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of SEO and performance marketing
• Knowledge of product photography or basic editing (Canva/Photoshop)
