What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with billing assistants, attorneys, and clients for e-billing setup and rate management
- Enforce client e-billing guidelines and ensure compliance within financial software
- Create and submit e-billed invoices via various software solutions
- Track and report on e-billing efforts, providing necessary deduction reports to attorneys
- Conduct daily reviews of invoicing requirements and ensure proper setup in the billing system
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- College degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years specializing in legal e-billing
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for maintaining effective relationships with attorneys and professionals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of Aderant Software is a plus
- Experience in managing complex e-billing issues and submissions
