Description:
Luxland Landscaping LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman (Civil & MEP) to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in civil and MEP drafting who can produce accurate technical drawings and support the successful execution of landscaping and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings while working closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams. The role requires strong technical drafting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, update, and revise technical drawings according to project requirements
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams throughout project execution
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements
• Support construction and MEP teams with accurate technical documentation
• Review and modify drawings based on site conditions and engineering requirements
• Maintain drawing records and documentation for ongoing projects
• Assist in resolving technical coordination issues between disciplines
• Ensure timely delivery of drafting work to support project schedules
Requirements:
• Experience in Civil and MEP drafting
• Knowledge of swimming pools, water features, irrigation systems, piping networks, and landscaping works
• Ability to prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings
• Familiarity with site execution requirements and project coordination processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams
• UAE experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Civil and MEP drafting standards and practices
• AutoCAD and technical drafting software
• Landscaping works, irrigation systems, piping networks, and construction documentation
