Description:

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with hands-on experience in building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed drawings, layouts, and as-built plans while coordinating closely with engineers and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop civil and structural drawings according to design specifications and project requirements.
• Update and revise drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with site engineers and other departments to ensure precision and accuracy in drawings.
• Maintain thorough records and documentation for all drawings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience of 3–5 years as a Civil Draftsman in building projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and on-site coordination.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

• UAE work experience.
• Familiarity with consultant and contractor drawings.
