Description:
KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is seeking licensed attorneys to join as Document Reviewers. This project-based role offers a flexible remote work-from-home opportunity, ideal for professionals looking to expand their legal experience and participate in complex litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review documents electronically for litigation cases using review platforms to code for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege
- Participate in temporary projects ranging from 1 week to 6 months or longer, with flexible scheduling
- Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week within specified work hours
- Conduct quality control, prepare privilege and redaction logs, and support document review reporting
- Communicate effectively and maintain accurate records while adhering to project guidelines
Qualifications:
- Must reside in DC, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, or Virginia
- Active license to practice law in good standing with at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Experience with electronic document review platforms such as Nebula and Relativity preferred
- Knowledge in coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege is preferred
- Secure home office setup with high-speed internet and compatible computer (Windows 10/11 or Mac Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia or newer)
- Phone or tablet with Apple OS 16+ or Android OS 16+
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to follow complex instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
