We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Management Coordinator to oversee the document collection process across investor portals and email inboxes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile collected documents against expected reporting calendars.
• Maintain detailed logs to ensure all required documents are accurately captured.
• Monitor shared inboxes and address actionable tasks promptly.
• Track, reconcile, and escalate anomalies against expected statuses and internal reports.
• Safeguard the accuracy and completeness of the document collection workflow.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior experience in fund operations is a plus.
• 0–2 years of relevant work or internship experience; financial services exposure helpful.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.
• Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
