The selected candidate will support both administrative and operations teams by managing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth flow of information across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and maintain physical and digital company documents to ensure accurate and accessible recordkeeping.
- Label, categorize, and store all documents properly to support quick retrieval and compliance with internal standards.
- Review incoming documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to organizational guidelines.
- Assist with version control processes and ensure updated files are routed to the correct teams.
- Maintain databases and document management systems through accurate data entry and regular updates.
- Scan, upload, archive, and process files as needed to support efficient digital workflows.
- Support internal audits, prepare necessary reports, and assist with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or administrative certification is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in document handling and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with file management systems.
- Excellent organizational abilities and clear communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
