We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Document Filing Assistant to support our back-office operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for uploading, organizing, and maintaining digital records for internal departments including product development, purchasing, logistics, and marketing. Accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digitally file and organize incoming documents across cloud-based platforms
  • Maintain consistent file naming conventions and folder structures
  • Ensure all internal records are current, complete, and easy to retrieve
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect missing or updated documentation
  • Archive outdated files as needed following internal protocols
  • Assist with light data entry tasks and document scanning (if required)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or document handling roles
  • Proficiency with cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
