DEC Dynamic Studio LLC is expanding its team and seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our dynamic workforce in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision, particularly with villa projects, and will ensure that all construction documentation and activities comply with project standards and regulatory requirements. This role is critical in supporting smooth operations and maintaining project integrity.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage, organize, and maintain all project-related documents and records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal project standards.
• Coordinate with site supervision teams to accurately track construction progress and documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to project documentation.
• Maintain proper filing systems and digital record-keeping to facilitate easy retrieval and audit processes.
Requirements
• Based in the UAE.
