We’re Hiring: Document Controller (RTA Project Experience Required)
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Document Controller to support ongoing RTA infrastructure projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are well-versed in RTA documentation standards and can manage large volumes of technical project records with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management, control, and maintenance of all project-related documents in line with RTA standards and internal procedures
• Ensure accurate version control, structured filing systems, and timely circulation of documents to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and RTA officials to ensure smooth document flow
• Maintain document logs, registers, transmittals, trackers, and records for audit readiness
• Ensure all documents go through proper review, approval, and archiving processes
• Assist during audits and ensure documentation compliance across all project stages
Requirements:
1- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a Document Controller role
2- Mandatory prior experience working on RTA projects in Dubai
3- Strong understanding of document control systems and RTA documentation workflows
4- Proficiency in MS Office applications and document management software
5- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
6- Ability to work under pressure while meeting strict project deadlines
