Royse Group is seeking a dedicated Document Controller – Finance & Projects to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, you will manage and maintain all project-related and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards. You will support both the Finance and Project teams by handling document control, invoicing, payment applications, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain all project documentation, drawings, contracts, and correspondence
  • Ensure document accuracy, version control, and timely distribution across departments
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for project and finance records
  • Prepare and submit payment applications, invoices, and related documentation
  • Track client payments and follow up when necessary
  • Support the Finance team with cost summaries, reports, and payment certificates
  • Coordinate with project teams to capture site progress updates and documentation
  • Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure compliance with submission requirements
  • Conduct occasional site visits to verify documentation accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial and project information

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in document control or finance administration within fit-out/joinery projects
  • Strong knowledge of payment applications, invoicing, and documentation workflows
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting software
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: AED 5,000
  • Benefits as per UAE Labour Law
