We are a well-established contracting company specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our Dubai-based team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate documentation flow and compliance across ongoing construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, organize, and maintain all project-related documents including drawings, submittals, contracts, and correspondence
• Ensure correct document numbering, version control, and systematic filing
• Handle document submissions, transmittals, and approval tracking
• Coordinate closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Maintain up-to-date document control registers, logs, and trackers
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and project document control procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Document Controller on construction or MEP projects
• Strong understanding of document control standards and workflows
• Proficiency in document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar platforms
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
