Autolink Contracting is currently seeking an experienced Document Controller Manager to join its construction project team in the UAE. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage, organize, and control all project-related documentation in a structured and efficient manner.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate project records, ensuring proper document flow, and supporting project teams with timely distribution and tracking of critical documents. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of construction documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain all project documentation in an organized system
• Track, update, and distribute documents across project teams
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of construction-related documents
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and project managers for documentation flow
• Maintain document control logs and ensure version accuracy
• Implement and follow company document control procedures
• Ensure compliance with project documentation standards and requirements
• Support audits by providing accurate and complete records when required
• Manage document management systems and digital filing platforms
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction sector
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and filing systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple documentation tasks efficiently
