An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Document Controllers to join a leading international architecture, design, and engineering consultancy in the UAE. The role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented and capable of managing project documentation efficiently across multiple platforms. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation in an accurate and systematic manner
• Handle document control processes related to bids, tenders, and project submissions
• Ensure proper version control, tracking, and distribution of documents across teams
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain up-to-date records and documentation workflows
• Support compliance with company standards and project requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience working as a Document Controller in engineering, architecture, or consultancy environments
• Strong knowledge of document management systems and processes
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), BIM360, Aconex, and Asite
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
