Description:
Adecco Middle East is recruiting experienced Document Controller professionals to support large construction projects in Dubai across multiple project phases. We are looking for candidates who have strong document control discipline, excellent coordination skills, and hands-on experience with major project-control platforms.
Pre-Contract / Design Stage:
- Handling documentation during Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design & Tender phases.
- Strong understanding of UAE authority approvals and design submission workflows.
- Proficiency with document management platforms such as Aconex, Unifier, Procore.
Commercial & Contracts:
- Manage tendering, bid submissions, contract awards and contract variations.
- Experience preparing and tracking payment applications, claims, guarantees, and insurance documentation.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and commercial evaluation workflows.
Construction & Close-Out Stage:
- Control and manage site documentation including IRs, submittals, shop drawings, NCRs, QA/QC records.
- Prepare close-out deliverables such as As-built drawings, O&M manuals, and completion certificates.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants and site teams to ensure timely document flow and compliance.
Requirements & Notes:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant document control experience across one or more of the above stages.
- Demonstrable experience on Aconex, Unifier, Procore is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to work under project timelines.
