Description:
Caribou Coffee UAE is currently looking for an experienced and dynamic District Manager to oversee multiple store locations and support the continued growth of its retail operations across the UAE. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about coffee, leadership, and delivering outstanding business results.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a group of stores within a designated region, ensuring operational excellence, and driving performance across all locations. This includes leading store teams, maintaining brand standards, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise 6 to 10 F&B outlets within the assigned territory
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to Store Managers to help achieve sales and operational targets
- Ensure all stores adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability (P&L responsibility)
- Drive a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality across all stores
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance store performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing multiple coffee outlets within the UAE or GCC region
- Prior experience in the coffee industry is mandatory
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Good understanding of sales performance, cost control, and retail operations
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
