Description:

Encova Insurance is seeking a motivated Distribution Management Specialist to join its remote team in the United States. This role is responsible for executing distribution strategies across assigned states, focusing on agency recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management to support long-term profitable growth.

The position plays a key role in identifying high-quality agency partners, analyzing market trends, and strengthening Encova’s independent agency network. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, insurance industry knowledge, and the ability to build productive relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute distribution management strategies to support agency growth, appointments, and profitability

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit qualified independent insurance agencies across assigned territories

• Analyze pipeline data, market trends, and agency performance to identify growth opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, associations, and industry networks

• Support onboarding and integration of newly appointed agencies

• Collaborate with internal teams to assess agency suitability and strategic alignment

• Monitor agency performance and provide actionable insights for improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in agency distribution, underwriting, or insurance operations

• Strong understanding of independent insurance agency models and operations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to travel within assigned territories as required

• Strong knowledge of:
