We are partnering with a globally reputed healthcare organization to find an exceptional Director of Procurement to lead their strategic sourcing and procurement operations in Abu Dhabi.
This is a leadership role for an experienced professional ready to drive impactful change, enhance supplier relations, and align procurement goals with business excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic procurement & sourcing frameworks
- Lead supplier relationships and contract management
- Optimize spend, procurement data, and analytics
- Lead a high-performing procurement team
- Ensure compliance with UAE & global standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Pharma, or Health Systems (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years in procurement, 6+ in leadership roles
- Strong experience in Healthcare/GPO procurement
- Expertise in contracts, vendor negotiation, and analytics
- Familiar with ERP, Power BI, Tableau, MS Office
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Arabic & UAE procurement law knowledge is a plus
