Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our client at a Flight Support company based in UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading their sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
• Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our company remains competitive in the market

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

• Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
