Miraaya is actively hiring an experienced and strategic Digital Performance Marketing & SEO Manager to lead high-impact digital growth initiatives across the MENA region. This is a senior-level role suited for a data-driven marketing leader who can drive profitable performance, scale organic visibility, and strengthen customer lifecycle strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview:

  • Lead performance marketing, SEO, and CRM initiatives to achieve sustainable and profitable growth
  • Optimize paid media investments while improving ROAS and customer acquisition efficiency
  • Scale organic traffic through strong technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies
  • Enhance customer retention and engagement through lifecycle and CRM campaigns

Key Focus Areas:

  • Paid media strategy and optimization across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Apple Ads
  • End-to-end SEO management including technical, content, and link-building efforts
  • CRM and lifecycle marketing using platforms such as MoEngage
  • Performance tracking, analytics, and reporting using GA4, GTM, Metabase, and Looker Studio
  • Budget control, A/B testing frameworks, Agile workflows, and continuous optimization

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7–10 years of proven experience in performance marketing and SEO leadership roles
  • Strong track record managing large advertising budgets with high ROAS outcomes
  • Previous exposure to eCommerce, fashion, or cosmetics industries is highly preferred
  • Strategic thinker with a data-first mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results across multiple channels
