We are seeking a motivated Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels—paid and organic media, SEO/SEM, social media, and web—to drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support pipeline growth for our SaaS solutions. You will work closely with demand generation and campaign teams to ensure campaigns meet performance goals, while continually analyzing and optimizing results.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimize SEO, SEM, paid media (Google, Bing, LinkedIn), and organic campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
  • Manage daily performance of paid campaigns, including budget allocation and bid strategies for maximum ROI
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, content creators, and web teams for cohesive, multi-channel initiatives
  • Support website optimization, including landing page testing, user experience improvements, and conversion rate optimization
  • Stay updated on digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
  • Assist with implementing new digital marketing technologies, including analytics, ad platforms, and automation systems

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of successful B2B software digital marketing experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS
  • Ability to translate marketing strategies into actionable digital campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, paid and owned media
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Proven ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI across digital channels
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics
  • Initiative and curiosity to test, learn, and innovate in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Familiarity with ABM/digital engagement tools like 6Sense, Influ2, and Qualified
