We’re Hiring – Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist
Black Flag Creative is looking for a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering ROI-driven digital strategies, managing paid media campaigns, and enhancing both client and internal marketing efforts.
Position Overview:
- Manage current clients while helping expand the agency’s digital marketing department.
- Oversee and implement internal marketing initiatives to strengthen our digital presence.
- Lead Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and multi-platform paid media campaigns.
- Strategize, execute, and report on digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design, development, and programming teams.
- Execute internal digital marketing initiatives to improve lead flow and quality interactions.
- Strategize and manage a small portfolio of digital marketing clients.
- Conduct client discovery sessions and plan effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage project communications, reporting, and client expectations.
- Build and manage paid media campaigns, including creative direction.
- Maintain and troubleshoot active campaigns across platforms.
- Implement lead nurturing activities such as email automation, drip campaigns, and retargeting.
- Ensure cohesive marketing language across all content and campaigns.
- Stay updated on trends, best practices, and new technologies in digital marketing and SEO.
- Adhere to project scopes, timelines, and proper tracking of hours.
Experience / Qualifications / Ability:
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Facebook, Google, Bing).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush, Mangools, or similar platforms.
- Skilled in lead generation, multi-channel retargeting, and e-commerce campaigns.
- Ability to align KPIs with reporting and custom tracking metrics.
- Agency experience and team management skills are a plus.
- 3+ years of recent experience managing paid social, search, and display campaigns.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and handle client interactions professionally.
