We are seeking a motivated Backend Developer to contribute to the safety and security of millions of users. You will work alongside a team of driven individuals, solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices and coding standards.
• Ability to solve moderately complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with teams, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for testing methodologies and debugging techniques to ensure high-quality code.
What You Can Expect:
• Develop, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems for new and existing product features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development cycle.
• Communicate technical requirements and solve problems in a scalable, realistic manner.
• Mentor junior team members through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and pair programming.
• Participate in planning, estimating, and breaking down tasks.
• Write comprehensive tests and maintain code quality through reviews.
• Generate and review documentation to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotational work to support uninterrupted service.
Bonus Points For:
• Experience with Go, Kotlin, Swift, Rust, JavaScript, or similar languages, or a proven ability to quickly learn new languages.
