Key Responsibilities:
- Destination Expertise: Cultivate and continuously update deep familiarity with designated travel destinations, including local customs, lodging, points of interest, transport options, and travel regulations.
- Client Consultations: Conduct thoughtful discussions with clients to learn about their preferences, goals, and travel dreams to offer meaningful and customized travel solutions.
- Customized Itinerary Planning: Create bespoke travel plans filled with curated experiences, local dining suggestions, sightseeing spots, and recommended activities.
- Booking Coordination: Handle reservations for flights, accommodations, transfers, and excursions using a variety of travel platforms and tools.
- Client Support: Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire client journey — before, during, and after travel — ensuring questions and concerns are promptly addressed.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest developments in your assigned regions, including safety advisories, visa updates, and supplier promotions.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
- Recordkeeping: Ensure client profiles, payment data, and booking information are accurately maintained and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience or a deep personal interest in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector, particularly involving specific destinations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Capable of working independently in a virtual environment.
- Familiarity with travel technology and booking systems — or a strong willingness to learn.
