We’re looking for a Desktop Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in desktop support and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install/configure desktops, laptops & peripherals
- Troubleshoot Level 2/3 hardware, software & network issues
- OS deployment & patching using SCCM or Intune
- Manage Active Directory & implement Group Policies (GPO)
- Support endpoint protection & asset management
- Collaborate on migrations, rollouts & IT projects
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on with Windows 10/11, M365, AD, SCCM/Intune
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and support end-users
- Certifications preferred: MD-100/101, CompTIA A+, ITIL
