Role Overview:
We are seeking a Derma Registered Nurse with hands-on experience in wellness and aesthetic clinic settings to join our teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site position focuses on providing clinical care, administering IV therapies, carrying out health assessments, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Candidates with additional beauty or laser technician skills will be viewed favourably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer intravenous (IV) therapy and monitor clients before, during, and after treatment.
- Perform comprehensive client assessments, record medical histories and vital signs.
- Prepare treatment plans in line with clinic protocols and physician directives.
- Provide patient education, obtain informed consent, and deliver clear aftercare instructions.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure proper inventory and equipment checks.
- Follow infection control procedures and comply with DOH/DHA clinical standards and guidelines.
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated care.
- Support clinic operations, including sterilization, stock management, and maintaining a safe treatment area.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably within wellness, aesthetic, or dermatology clinics.
- Valid nursing registration and a DHA license; DOH eligibility letter required for Dubai.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (required).
- Proven experience administering IV therapies and familiarity with aesthetic procedures and protocols.
- Additional certification/experience as a Beauty/Laser Technician is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, a patient-centred approach, and commitment to clinical safety.
