Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting customers regarding overdue payments in a professional manner
- Providing payment reminders and explaining account status clearly
- Negotiating payment arrangements and following up on commitments

Eligibility and requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
