This role focuses on managing complex deal structures, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring smooth collaboration between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in accelerating enterprise sales cycles while ensuring compliance, pricing accuracy, and risk management across high-value SaaS transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales teams with non-standard deal structuring, pricing approvals, and commercial guidance

• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure compliant deal execution

• Assist in contract negotiations including pricing models, approval workflows, and term structuring

• Improve deal desk processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and deal velocity

• Support special pricing programs, bundled offerings, and strategic discount initiatives

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, finance, business analysis, or related fields

• Experience working in Deal Desk, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations roles

• Strong ability to build and analyze pricing models using Excel or Google Sheets

• Experience supporting cross-functional global sales teams

• Strong knowledge of:

 • SaaS pricing models and revenue structures

 • Contract negotiation and deal management

 • Salesforce or CPQ tools (preferred)
