The Database Analyst will manage, maintain, and analyze database systems to ensure accurate and effective data resources. This full-time role is fully remote, providing flexibility while supporting critical initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform data analysis, entry, and management for the MCH Helpline
- Maintain the MCH integrated intake system and associated database resources
- Collaborate with Indiana 211 Partnership, Inc. to update provider capacity for the OB Navigation Initiative
- Utilize Information and Referral (I&R) systems to add, update, and maintain provider resources
- Resolve discrepancies in source documents according to program procedures
- Create and manage data exports and imports across systems using tools like Tableau and Excel
- Support reporting for caller data filtered by referrals, call type, needs, and providers
- Provide regular progress updates to the Helpline Manager
- Adhere to AIRS (Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) standards and best practices
Required qualifications and skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience with database management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and database tools
- Strong analytical and logical decision-making skills for data entry tasks
- Knowledge of I&R standards
Preferred qualifications:
- AIRS certification or training
- Experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational skills
Physical demands:
- Sedentary work with prolonged periods of sitting, occasional movement to attend meetings
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks on a computer using keyboard, mouse, and monitor
- Perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and applicable regulations
